Poor Service at Renault - Roodepoort Multifranchise

The service department at Renault - Roodepoort Multifranchise have extreamly poor service. I bought a new car there and since the date of purchase there were minor faults that have to be sorted out. The Service Advisor and Service Manager was extreamly unhelp full and even after this was reported to the Renualt customer service department the service consultent have not contacted me to resolve my complaint.
