Poor service

Poor quality Service.

Bought a TATA SuperAce truck from Randburg McCarthy Nissan, it broke down the second day after I had taken it from the dealership in September 2018, then they took it to Roodepoort Imperial select MultiFranchise.

They gave a report that the problem was the alternator which needed to be replaced, Randburg McCarthy Nissan paid for the replacement. I got the truck around 15th October 2018, on the 29th of November 2018, almost one and half months later the truck broke down again doing exactly the same thing it did previously. I called a beakdown and requested that the truck be returned to Roodepoort imperial select Multifranchise as I do not think they actually replaced that alternator, if they did they replaced with actually an older one. This time I had to call them to confirm that they received the car, on the 30th of November, the whole day they did not know where the car was, I had to constantly call the whole day and they kept saying they will return to me but they never did. With that being said they only confirmed that on 01 December that the car was with them, they will assess it and give me a report soon. Almost two weeks later no report was received, I actually had to physically go there myself on a Saturday 08 December, when I got there Naseehah Ahmod who was assisting me told me that the car has not even assessed to see what was the problem (can you imagine) and the worse part is that you could see from the way she was explaining that to her that was normal. What was even worst was that she told me my car reflects under someone else, who she suspected that maybe that was the previous owner. Fine she gave me her email address and said I should send her an email on the 10th of December she will ensure that I get a report on my car, needless to say she did not even reply on my email.

I am very frustrated with this dealership and please find another dealership if you want either to buy a car or you need your car fixed. As far as I know it ***** to lie to someone say you did something but you haven't and take his/her money, just need to add that.
