Poor customer service

I bought it a car from them on the 25th of May and I’ve had nothing but terrible service from them!! I bought it during lockdown level 4 and I understand that the traffic department was closed and I was promised that they would call me when they open so I can take the car for roadworthy check what a mission that was to get them to do that!! I had to follow up with the person who sold me the car and she kept saying she had requested the order for me only to find out that she no longer works there!!! I then started dealing with the manager who I also have to run after to get any feedback regarding the disc, number plate, spare key and service boo**** I’m the one who’s sending emails asking for feedback and I’m still not getting any replies. To say I am disappointed with them would be an understatement their service is one of the poorest services I’ve ever experienced!!! I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from them at all.
