Poor Customer Service

I purchased a vehicle from Imperial Select Nelspruit, I was informed that the vehicle had tinted windows, when receiving the vehicle, there was no mats, the seat was burnt, the windows were not tinted and the vehicle was not cleaned. As I was based in Jhb, I did not get to see the vehicle however I was promised by Amukelani Godi and Cobus Taljaard that the faults would be attended to. This was on the 22nd September 2018, I was promised that I will be refunded for the Valet and Window Tinting which I had done and to date despite several promises from Cobus I have not received the payment nor received the vehicle mats or spare key. The service received from this branch is off the lowest standard and I advise against anyone purchasing from this branch as the customer service is extremely poor. False Promises are made by Cobus, I am still awaiting his call!
