Pension payout

The worst service/experience of all time!after a few months already i left the company (mega midas polokwane) phoning their head office almost every day to at least get some feedback on my pension pay out..I had to resubmit all my documents all over again. still no outcome.eventually got confirmation and their response were i need to wait another 2 months after more than 5 months!!!!! MOTUS parts this is a disgrace I won't recommend anybody to be part of this business nobody needs this in their lives!life is hard enough and then this!not even one follow up call or nothing!! Letting their office know what's going on and not getting feedback at all amazes me! I depended on the money I earned and to provide for my family and to get bills paid ..seems te me for them nothing matters!
