Paying for something I donA AAat have!

Good day to all I always do truly want to see the better of all and not complain first off.
But I do think about now I do have the right to complain about service did spoke to Rennette Crock previous on the matter at hand refer to case nr 16010a07 below my complaint.
Bought in according to the contract on the date of 2-December 2015 a Nissan Qashqai 2.0 dci
From the 1st day we already start having an electrical problem on the vehicle when traveling on the freeway. I do truly compliment Donnie for to be able to correct the first 2 times (on the spot) the problem but after that it just went from bad to worst. I am still without the Nissan Qashqai from the 15 December 2015 & refund amount of R10-000.00 any assistance in resolving would be greatly appreciated.
Hello Hendrik556,

The dealership confirmed that they had loaned a vehicle to you as to not inconvenience you any further while the repairs were being carried out.

In order for the refund to be paid, they required proof of payment as they was a finance noting of interest on your trade-in on the HPI report which prevented them from getting this authorised and refer to e-mails that I have been copied into.

We apologise for the time it has taken to resolve this and thank you for supplying them with the required documentation.

Kind regards
Rennette Crock
