Paying for something i don't have

In November 2011 I had the opportunity to purchase a new vehicle for the first time in my life.<br> Having only a limited budget i wanted to make sure I had total peace of mind when buying my car, well so I thought i bought this vehicle with everything included like An extended Warranty, a maintenance Plan , paint protector, adcover , credit life cover to make sure I have total cover. In July 2012 I took my vehicle into the Kia workshop for its 1st service, informing them of my m/plan.only to be told sorry ma'am your vehicle does not have a service plan nor a maintenance plan therefore you would have to pay for you service. Shocked at this I questioned them, I was told sorry there is nothing they can do.Non the wiser i left it. I inquired again the following year and was informed of the same thing. after speaking to a friend who works in the industry i was advised not to leave it and take it further. I took it up with the dealer where I bought my vehicle \KIA PAARDEN EILAND"02/02/2015"
