Pathetic Staff, False Advertising

I've been given the run around by Kimberly Lourens, who has never returned any of my calls to date. After seeing an ad on autodealer I made arrangements to view a Kia K2700 with 21000km's for R210 000 yet the pictures show 7000km. On arrival the vehicle that was shown to me had 2100km which I mentioned to Kimberly and she had still verified that its the correct vehicle. We shook hands and had a deal, I also verified with her if the vehicle was correct multiple times which she reassured me. After leaving the dealership I spent hours on the phone trying to get her to assist with the finance document, that still hasn't happened but I did receive a text saying "Saturdays are hectic". On Arrival Today she realized her mistake and said the vehicle I viewed previously is a new demo and someone had led her astray. So she showed me the correct vehicle, which was really banged up had been accident damaged, 5000km's extra and the photo's posted on the website where not off the vehicle advertised either. So I requested that I get a better deal on the new demo's as this was not the correct vehicle. Kimberly promised to call me at 2pm as when I got there at 10am accountant was in a meeting. I sent her a text as I could not get a hold of her at 3pm and her reply was that the accountant is still in a meeting. I haven't had a call from Kimberly yet.

Imperial Select East Rand has wasted my time and money, I did stress that I need the vehicle urgently but there's absolutely no sense of urgency on there side.
