Pathetic service from Motus Edenvale and sales consultant

Motus is very quick to sell you a vehicle...but don't expect this to be done right. MOTUS EDENVALE sales consultant Pontsho did not listen to any of my specifications thus resulting in us now having a balloon payment where we SPECIFICALLY said we did not. He did not want to lose a sale and thus ensured me that the Suzuki Swift he had on show floor was the same as the one I wanted to go see at Motus Eastrand mall (boksburg). This was not the case. He does not communicate to a level deemed suitable in the service related industry. He does not remember anything you tell him or he has said before and my overall experience getting a new car was absolutely pathetic!
