Pathetic Service from Imperial Select Fountains!!

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>So i bought a vehicle from Imperial Select Fountains a few weeks back roughly 2 weeks ago,</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly the dealer did not have everything ready for us as to the date we discussed, when we got there to take delivery 4 days later after the agreed date we literally waited for there for the car to go for roadworthy, also as promised the car did not get a valet neither was the car washed, also the car was not chekced properly, the car left hand side headlight motor as per vw is broken and they refuse to accept this, also we are still waiting on spare keys for the vehicle and its been 2 weeks but we keep getting new excuses all the time, this car has 5000km on the clock i refuse to believe that it does not have spare keys,</p> <p> </p> <p>Also we spoke to the manager at the delaership and he failed hopelessly at helping us in anyway possible,</p> <p> </p> <p>Im so disgusted with this service that i will never in my life ever refer anybody to this delaership,</p> <p> </p> <p>Till to date nothing has been sorted out and they havent even tried to compensate me in anyway!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Service delivery from such a well known company like this is absolutely horrifying!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Im sick and tired of calling the dealership and getting messed around </p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot find the contatc details for Imperial Select head offices to contact them so this is my only way forward to resolve the issue </p>
