Pathetic Service

Pathetic doesn't even begin to describe this company. I wanted to purchase a specific vehicle which Motus Renault East Rand did not have available and said they would source the vehicle within their group and assist us so that we dont have to go running around. We would firstly need to complete an application form in order for them to assist. (Their Motus Lindsay Saker Kempton Park branch has this vehicle.) We had completed all docs and sent through, got our pre-approval only to be told that their Kempton branch refuses to sell the vehicle to them. The East Rand branch made me a good offer on my trade in and the Kempton Park branch hasn't made a satisfactory offer... so we had gone through the whole process of completed an application and submitting all our docs only to be left with an unpleasant taste in our mouths... Motus Kempton refuses to either make us a better offer on our trade in or discount the vehicle that we want..and Motus East Rand just doesn't care
