Pathetic service at Multifranchise (kia) Boksburg next to EastRand mallq.
Please be extremely careful when purchasing a vehicle at Multifranchise (kia) at Boksburg Eastrand. I was sold a car with serious mechanical faults which were deliberately not disclosed. I requested for a refund of my deposit which includes a trade-in of my car but im ignored everyday. Their manager (Dirk Lourens) cannot handle customers, he's extremely and utterly useless!!@
