Pathetic Manager Imperial Kia Durban

Went into imperial select kia Cnr Bram Fischer &, Florence Nzama St, North Beach, Durban, 4001

Met a lovely salesman called Mphilo who assisted us, we then asked for the best deal on the car which I think is kind off a norm when buying a car... He then said let's go speak to the manager and see what he says!!

My word! Manager Gavin Mitchell was extremely rude. Told us how he hasn't even advertised the car yet and if he did it would be sold immediately. Trust me... We just buyers ourselves, certainly didn't want to disrupt his sale LOL

He walked away while speaking. Making us - customers feel like we are been troublesome. The car was been purchased for my Dad who is a pensioner.

Does the price of the car u purchase determine the way you are treated at this dealership.

His behavior almost bordered ******. When husband said "so on this price, u not prepared to give is any discount even with on the road"

His response was "why should I give you anything" We have bought and traded inn many vehicles and have never ever been spoken to in this manner.

Gavin Mitchell needs to get himself in check. Disgusted and will never reccomemd or buy from this dealership. Pity as the salesman was wonderful and the reason we tried negotiating was I had a budget and cash but was very prepared to buy that vehicle.

Hope he manged to get it on the net, he was so convinced it would sell the next day, he didn't realize he had customers right there.

Awful, horrible, pathetic manner of speaking.
