OUTSTANDING MONIES DUE

I refered a friend to them as she was looking for a car. I was promised a spotters fee of R1000.00 but I am still waiting. My friend took delivery of her car on 23 May 2015 and it is 2 July 2015, and still nothing. I send message after message but still no payment. I eventually got a response and I needed to fill out a form and that was three weeks ago. I am really disappointed that they have completed the sale but not followed through on the promise
