Outrageous Dealer Fees

I saw a car that was advertised on the internet, sent an enquiry and the Dealership contacted me. I gave all my details and finance was approved almost immediately. The Dealership wanted to deliver the car the same day even before they gave me a contract or told me what the interest rate or repayments will be. I had to ask for a contract and then they loaded extras onto the purchase price that I didn't even ask for. When I questioned it Kenneth said it's no problem he will remove it. I signed the contract from the bank online and told the Dealership that I will collect the car when I'm off again. Brandon contacted me and said they will deliver the car but then there was a on the road charge that had to be paid which I said I will pay cash. The amount was so high that I asked for a detailed bill and then Brandon's Manager phoned me and said that the amount is the standard fee for their Dealership and the amount of R4 700.00 is also VAT excluded! How on earth can you pay almost R5 500 for a car to be registered on your name! Very disappointed in such bad service!!
