number plate and spare key collection

I bought my car from Imperial select tygervalley on the 16th of May.<br> I waited a month for my number plates.I am to this day 2November still waiting for my spare key.I have phoned numerous times and emailed head office and no one can give a reason as to why I still haven't received my spare key after almost 6 months of waiting for it.<br> After all these months of waiting I finally got through to them and they have promised to make me a new spare key.So now im waiting.<br> <br> It is unbelievable and totally unacceptable.
