No roadworthy certificate and broken windscreen

I am really taken aback by Alebrton Multifranchise , i wrote an email to them indicating the issues with the car they delivered to me .

I noted the following issues that were not included or not doene: 1) windscreen with a crack
2) cigarette lighter , 3) spare key , 4) ?manual and service record

I had to use my money and take the car for a roadworthy test , it failed because of the windscreen crack and Lindiwe the Sales person sent an email to confirm that they are going to replace the windscreen , that was on the 17th November , till today no one contacted me or try to fix the windscreen.

It did not end there , i had to go to the municipality and use my money again to ensure that the car is registered . I was then refunded by the dealer half of my expenses , what else one must do to ensure that an action is taken in this regard.

Please advise

Hello Nyaniso12,

The Dealer Principal is presently on leave, we have had confirmation from the Manager that there is a delay with the windscreen from Renault SA Parts Division.

Please accept our apologies for what has transpired.

Kind regards,
