No Registration and Car papers two weeks later

Bought a car from Motus Select table view Cape town cash on the 7th August 2025. They promised to register and send our registration and car papers before the temp expires on the 28th August 2025. Agreed to it because 28th is still far and theres no way it can take more than two weeks to register a car. I was wrong because today is the 27th and we still dont have pappers and number plates with us. Temp is expiring tomorrow and theres no plan from them with regards to this. No communication or update from the sales person, i have to be the one calling all the time and she will promise to get back to me until now. I am not sure how we are expected to travel with an expired temp lincense everyday and no way forwad as to when to expect Reg pappers of the car. Motus table view you can definitely do much better.
