No License disc after more than a month

This is the worst ever service that I received from a dealer. This is expected of a back yard dealer selling R20 000 cars and not such a big dealer that you bought a R200 000.00 car from. The transaction started on 29/09/2015 and to date no license disc and number plates, just to reveive an e-mail yesterdat that I should bring back the car for roadworthy as the previous one now expired. I need to follow-up with them all the time, spend lots on tel calls already and time on e-mails. Manager Maritz is no good, don't know how he could be a manager, the sales person very sarcastic and arrugant. No respect from any of them. Never listen, try to speak louder than you, you need to shut up and listen. Sorry does not work this way. I want to know from the dealer how will they compensate me for all my time spend, money waisted on phone call and now again need to take time of from work to take the car back for roadworthy. I have a detailed report with all dates and happenings available, but just to little space to write everything.
