No assistance with my car battery or door

Phoned the branch this morning to get hold of the spares department to alert them that my car battery got ****** last night and I need to come in with a tow. They put the phone down on. Phoned a second time and they were short with me. Eventually after the back and forth between Renault and rodel with trying to sort me out I had to take matters into my own hands to get a battery in my car to drive to the dealership where I had purchased the car. I went in to ask if someone could simply fasten a bolt onto the battery bracket to secure it(no they can't because they don't have the bolt needed to do so) and can they order the car door part(will take 10 to 14 working days) OK I understand that... Now the cost... The bolt and labour to simply fasten my damn battery in place a whopping 1700 rand. I explained what I needed clearly and reasked them if they quoted correctly... They said yes because it's a specific bolt to be placed in.... I was then having to leave my car there... No assistance once again from them or rodel on a spare car or a lift to my house.... So I opted for taking my car that cannot lock home and sorting my battery out myself. Hardware store had the exact bolt thread needed to fasten the bracket into place (a whopping 24 rand and a 5 minute job) done by a 79 year old man in my complex. Oh and my door? Simply use a ***** driver to twist the locks ck back in place and it locks again... Nothing as fancy as the dealership tried to make it out to be. Moral of the story... If your car gets broken into... RENAULT CANNOT HELP YOU AT ALL. But private battery personnel and tow agents etc can! They are useless in their tow assistance and have no customer service etiquette whatsoever! Oh and this is a Renault Kwid 2016 model... The most basic model of the kwid series.
