No after sales services and assistence

I bought a Renault Sandero from Imperial with a service plan last year August. The car is a demo and because of a technical fault on the dashboard it was send to the workshop and serviced at the same time on 13,000km. The car now has its additional 15,000 km and has to go for its service. I contacted the Dealership just to find that I have to contact the workshop because they can't assist me. After contacting the workshop it was brought to my attention that my service will not be covered because I had to bring my car in for a service in July. This was not disclosed to me by the Sales person. When I picked up my car after the first repair was done I was told to me that I need to bring the car for the next service after 15,000km. The reminder on the mirror says this as well. He also said I can bring the car to the dealership they will attend to the services.

Now the Sales person has left and when I contacted the dealer to ask why I was not informed regarding the year expiry the person assisting me said the Sales person has left and they can't help me. What type of after service is that?? So now that I have paid for the car not assistance. Why would I buy another car from you?

Hello kreef1986,

Your complaint has been relayed to the Dealer Principal and Pre-Owned Manager.

The information is recorded in the manufacturers service book and Owner's Manual and should be referred to when the customer purchases a vehicle.

Annual services are required by all manufacturers should the km's not be reached within the period of the last service and from time of purchase when bought \New\".
