NEW CAR FAW V2
We bought a brand new FAW V2 car at PROTON motors in Gezina. The assisting dealer was Mr Sipho Nyathi Mr Sipho Nyathi. informed us on Monday 2 March 2015 that our financing was aproved and that we may fetch the car on Thursday 5 March 2015, he also asked us what colour car do we prefer. An email was sent to Mr ..... to inform him that we prefer a white car and that we do not want the car that is on the floor, but requested a new car from the Manuafacturer. Mr Sipho Nyathi. confirm that the car was not the one on the floor but in fact a new one.<br> <br> On Sunday 8 March 2015, we noticed that there was a dent on the back bumper of the car and we also found a portable dvd player, that obviosly belong to a child, under the passenger seat. We also noticed that the smash and grab was also not properly app****. We phone Mr Shipo Nyathi. on the same day to bring the problems under his attention and that we need some answers. Mr .... explained that he will contact his manager and will contact us on Monday 9 March 2015 with an answer. We had to phone Mr .... on Monday of which he informed us that he is still busy with the investigation. We decided to take the car ourself to the dealer to show
