Multifranchise Roodepoort useless!!!

I took out a service plan from multifranchise on Ontdekkers Road when I bought my car a year ago. Now, a year later, when I want to take my car for the service, I don't get authorisation, due to multifranchise/imperial Select's mistake in the contract. Thembi from multifranchise promised me it will be fixed, yet, today my car stands again atTommy Martin (for the second time), without getting the due service!!!! What a waste! I am very disappointed and angry for having to pay for a service plan that can't be used!!!!
