Motus Select Zambezi (Pretoria) has a shady F&I

I had the worst experience at Motus Select Zambezi. The F&I lady (Concelia Ramokgopa) who was assisting me with the financing process was very unpleasant to deal with. She was not transparent with the interest rate that I got from other banks. I requested that she sends me a customers podium of which I have every right to have access to. She then called me and told me that she is not allowed to send me the customer podium, which is a complete lie.

She also was not honest when I asked her for the interest rate that I got from my bank that I bank with. I found this information out when I called my bank to follow up on the application that she made. I also found out that she had not given my bank a copy of my ID which the bank needed to complete everything on their side. The vehicle finance marketer from my bank had to call Concelia based on the lack of transparency, and lack of honesty from Concelia relating to my vehicle finance application and interest rates.

Concelia tends to get passive aggressive and annoyed on telephonic conversations when I asked her relevant questions about financing, additional costs or my interest rate.

Concelia does not put the clients interest first it seems as if her main agenda is to get you to sign as soon as possible with the high interest rate so that they can get their dealers incentive commission (DIC) from the bank. I refused to accept a high interest rate and the only time Concelia was willing to renegotiate my rate with the banks was after I had called my bank and questioned everything and my bank then called her. Concelia did not think that I would call my bank and verify the things that she was telling me

I am Highly disappointed with Motus Select Zambezi’s financing department I ended up not even buying the car due to such horrible service and I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP.
