MOTUS SELECT VEREENIGING - selling cars under false pretentions

I purchased a vehicle that was advertised that it has full-service history when. After all the documents was signed and I received my car I noticed that there were no service booklet the MANAGER insured me that they will order the booklet and get it stamped as it seems to be lost... it's now 6 months later after numerus complaints on email, WhatsApp and the phone I still don't have a booklet and MOTUS SELECT VEREENIGING ignores me. I feel that it was false advertising to advertise a car with full-service history and sell a car to a client promising that it had a full-service history BUT have no proof.
