Motus Select - They do not fulfil agreements.

Sadly the dealership did not honor our agreement. We agreed and paid over 6k for license / registration. 1 month after the vehicle was purchased im informed the registration was completed but i will not be given number plates or a license disc as i am to far from their premises.

I tried numerous times to get this resolved, and the dealership stated i must do it myself. Despite having paid for it already. To find a middle ground i sourced an external company to handle the license and number plates, but was then informed that Motus will not pay them, i must still pay for it myself.

This is a violation of our agreement. I did try motus head office numerous times but none of their lines work. One is a lady constantly saying hello, pretending they cant hear you, and the other is an automated message saying please leave a message.

I have spoken the dealer, manager to no avail. I lodged a complaint with MOISA and NCC and now patiently await feedback.
