Motus select Nelspruit and centurion very bad

I bought a Renault kwit zen in Nelspruit in February I drove the car for 3 weeks and started showing licking on the engine I have been making back and forth calls to get assistance but nothing.i spoke to the manager in nelspruit for second car he also was very *********** not even willing to listen to me,he just told me to speak to the sale agent. I used my own petrol to drive to centurion to get a quote from a lady by the name of Sam so that my car can be fixed she is not in anyway willing to sent the quote. Did I make a mistake by buying the car from motus select? I’m tired,
