Motus Select in Durban

Never buy a car from Motus Select in Durban. I bought a Kia Picanto from out of town. The car arrived a week after it was supposed to arrive, which was a major inconvenience. The salesman, Clive, flat out **** about features I specifically asked if the car had. He also said that there was absolutely no damage to the car, he ****. When it arrived, it was damaged. Gavin, the sales manager was also of zero assistance. They blamed the carrier for the damage, yet there was rust on the roof, clearly there before the carrier got it. They even failed to properly licence the vehicle, which I had paid for as part of the on road costs, after being on their case that eventually got sorted out. It's been 10 months and my car still hasn't been repaired. Constant phone calls, WhatsApps and emails have proven fruitless. They make promises and don't deliver on them.
