Motus select extremely poor customer service

I have reported motus select on hello Peter , they informed me to replace a radio on a car I have recently bought from them a Suzuki spresso as they will reimburse me that was on the 6th of june ,today is the 20 of june i still have not recieved anything ,motus select responded to my first review on hello peter saying I should have recovered the money but have not received anything, to add on to that i should of have had crystal Fusion app**** om to the windows up till today that has never happend and it is added in the contract.
