I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to **think twice and do your homework first**.

From the very beginning of the buying process, this has been an absolute nightmare. There were mistakes with the pricing ,followed by unnecessary delays and frustration with the registration of the vehicle, which took weeks.

Unfortunately, the problems didn't end once the car was finally registered. Within one month of purchasing the vehicle, problems started occurring with the car. The dealership was informed and the vehicle was taken in to be repaired. I was given a promised delivery/collection date for the supposedly fixed vehicle — but, once again, that promise was not kept.

What is even more shocking is that I eventually found out that nothing had actually been done to fix the vehicle.

Now, to make matters even worse, I am being told that I cannot even collect the vehicle because it is apparently "locked in.”This is a vehicle that I have purchased and paid for, yet I am being prevented from simply collecting my own property.

The complete lack of communication and accountability from management has been extremely disappointing. Calls and concerns seem to go nowhere, and there appears to be absolutely no urgency or concern about resolving the situation.

A car purchase is a major financial commitment, and customers should be able to expect professionalism, honesty, communication and basic respect. Unfortunately, my experience with this dealership has been the complete opposite.

From incorrect pricing, weeks of registration delays, problems with the vehicle shortly after purchase, promises that weren't kept, repairs that apparently weren't even done, and now being unable to collect my own vehicle — this has been one frustration after another.

The worst part is that nobody in management seems to care enough to actually take responsibility and resolve the situation.

I deeply regret my experience with this dealership and would not recommend them based on what I have experienced. If you are considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly suggest you ask very detailed questions, get everything in writing, and make sure you understand exactly what happens if something goes wrong after the sale.
