Do not deserve any stars .... i had to have my car there by 08:30 baring in mind i stay +- 160km it took them from then till 14:00 to send a quote through to get approval. approval only received at 15:37 never informed me of a penalty wante me to take my car and come back so had to sleep over as its not only petrol but toll gates ... got phoned 10:15 to collect my car then informed on the phone call that i needed to pay a penalty ... got my car reeked of petrol i am women alone had to drive all the way being concerned that something was leaking phoned a friend to check when opening my bonnet they must have had a oil can on my battery as my battery was full of oil and my head as they messed then to top it all off i asked how does the car gets washed apparently when you want your Engen to be washed you need to ask which i was not told about and come one man if you mess you clean it up ... i tried since yesterday to resolve this but first i was told there are other issues that they are dealing with and yet we are @ 10:56 and no call as i was promised this will be sorted by 9
