Motor Vehicle in a bad condition
I recently bought a car(Renault Sandero 2015 model)in august 2015 I was told that its a new car 3 weeks later I experienced problems, it took forever to get answers from the dealer when I finally did when I asked them to give me a new car they said no, when I said I was cancelling the deal Greig (the dealer principal) said no I must take the car to a Renault workshop and the warranty will pay now I am told to pay R7800 the warranty doesn't cover clutch problems and Kayson(the manager) said that I do not have a deal with them I must contact the bank that financed me. The first thing Kayson said when I told him that the clutch vibrates and the brakes are not holding very well is that it must be a clutch problem which means there is a problem with the driver, my question is how did he know that it's a clutch problem if he never knew before he sold me the car whereas I traded in my good car which they made profit from and had no clutch problems now he is busy accusing me of being a bad driver. Now i's been weeks without a car whereas I am paying a lot of money for this car every month IMPERIAL SELECT MULTI FRANCHISE that is just not fair or right. Im sad, frustrated and very unhappy
