Most horrible service ANYWHERE!!!

I trade in my car with TATA EDENVALE multi franchise. What a joke!!! Customer service is non-existent in this shop. I am still waiting for money from them which they have to pay me for MY PREVIOUS CAR... and better yet, it has been a week and that same PREVIOUS CAR has not even been settled yet. The only answers I am getting is "It will be paid" and "sorry for the delay, maybe today" I am sorry, but this has been the worst experience with buying anything from anyone. The next step will be every single social media platform that I can put my hands on. If this is how you treat your customers, you are better off closing shop, because you ain't going nowhere. Empty promises end PATHETIC service is the only thing I am getting from you guys. If there were minus stars I would probably give you -987 stars for your review. Everyone who is doing business with you should clear their heads and just walk away. That would spare them the furiousness that's inevitable.
