Money for Licencing & Petrol Not Recieved

I've bought an opel corsa utility from Imperial Select Tygerberg Renault in Bellville. Prior to purchase the sales person assured me that the vehicle will be filled up with fuel upon delivery which did not happen. Tank was filled below the 1/4 mark when I've took delivery. I've mentioned it to Joe Swart who was the sales person as well as manager of the branch. He assured me that the money will be paid into my account (Total of R600).<br> I've licenced the vehicle in my home town which I have paid an amount of R67. I've made number plates for the vehicle which was R160 on my expense. All this adds up to a total of R827. Its been 2 weeks since I gave them my bank details and waiting for the money to be paid into my account. I emailed & call several times with no hope. Everytime I get a different answer and I don't get feedback if I don't call back. This is not acceptable and I am greatly disappointed and will not leave this matter. I will take further steps if I have to.<br> They have already got the sale now they don't worry about the consumer.
