Misrepresentation Selling of Zoyte Nomad

i highly disappointed in Imperial Select.<br> <br> in 2015 we bought a Zoyte Nomad, during the selling process i asked the sales rep if they could service and are their parts available Zoyte Nomad he assured me their will be no problems and has confirmed.<br> <br> a few weeks later need to do a service one wanted to help me eventually they found a branch in Edenvale <br> that would help so now i have to travel every time to Edenvale from Roodepoort difficult when u working. <br> <br> up to date the central locking does not work,boot handle broken had to fix other issue aircon ect waiting in worry what will be the next thing. <br> <br> we have been good customers through the years buying other vehicles and its been fine until this incident with constant problems and e-mails as their is no customer service.<br> <br> we decided to trade in the vehicle worried with this inferior product as we have to small kids , the vehicle they sold a year ago to they wanted to offer R50000.00 as they know their are no parts and service for this vehicle.<br> <br> <br> i am just tired of businesses making Misrepresentation to their loyal customers i went in the sale with good faith.<br> <br> <br> unhappy with service and product and no oknow cares.<br> <br> think twice<br>
