Misrepresentation on leather fitment on a vehicle

I bought an 2014 Audi A3 sedan 1.8 tfsi SE from Imperial select Alberton (multi-franchise). I paid extra for leather fitment on the vehicle and this was done by one of their service providers in Springs. During December 2018 i noticed that the material used is pealing off on the drivers' seat, i then went to the dealership to sought assistance. I was attended to by the Used car sales manager who i arranged that i take the vehicle to their service provider in springs. I drove all the way to springs to be informed by the service provider that the dealership requested for synthetic leather. He also mentioned that its common practice by car dealership to invoice the client for genuine leather and request the service provider to to fit synthetic leather as this is cheaper and allows dealers to maximize on the profit from deals. I went back to the dealership 2 days later and the informed the used car sales manager about my interaction with their service provider. He shrugged off his shoulders and told me that the salesperson (Lindiwe) responsible for the deal is no longer working for the dealership and that he is also new in the job. I asked him to retrieve the records of the deal however he showed very little interest. I then requested to speak to the Dealer Principal who was unavailable at the time. I left my details with the New vehicle sales manager who promised to discuss the matter with the dealer principal. Two weeks passed and received no call or feedback from either of the two gentlemen. I drove back to the dealership in Alberton (from my place of work in Kempton Park) and the Dealer Principal was again "NOT available" to see me. I spoke to the new car sales manager who requested for a contract of the deal (send to him 2 days later) and took photos of the damaged drivers' seat. The manager even confirmed to have dealt with similar complaint where the dealer principal resolved to replace the damaged panels on the seat. I informed him that this is not the resolution i'm looking for as i was given the impression that genuine leather will fitted on the car and i want the synthetic leather replaced. He promised to discuss the matter with the Dealer Principal however up to date i have not received any feedback from them. I have received very poor service from this particular dealership that it has changed my perception on the reputation all imperial select dealerships. Somebody please take up the matter with the dealership and help resolve this.

Good morning Mr Thaba. I have just received your complaint on our website 10 minutes ago, and have already copied you into my correspondence with the dealer principal. Awaiting feedback
Kind Regards
