Misrepresentation of the vehicles they sell. No sense of accountability or care for customer service.

I write this review with great disappointment in Imperial Select ( Menlyn). I had written a review on Hello Peter explaining how I was deceived by Imperial Select in purchasing a vehicle that had so many hidden issues that were never disclosed. Upon Investigation we found out that the vehicle sold to me was previously ****** and recovered. During the hijack the vehicle encountered some damages. The inspector from VW informed me that the entire vehicle was taken apart and put back together. The dealership in Menlyn promised to take back the vehicle on the condition of an exchange for another vehicle. 2-4 months has now passed and the dealership has made no such arrangements. I have been calling sending emails, escalating the matter to all the relevant people in all various department. Unfortunately with no luck. I have been raising the concern about depression of value to the asset with no response.

This has been truly such a painful experience dealing with Imperial Select Multi Franchise. A company that has no honesty, integrity, transparency or any care for customer service/ client satisfaction.
