Misrepresentation

I bought a 2018 Renault Sandero from the Garsfontein Road branch in Menlyn Pretoria. At the time I was informed that the car had the balance of a 3 year warranty and that the car had been recently serviced. The car only has a 2 year warranty. The service history book I received is stamped as serviced. It transpires that this is not the case. It was serviced 12 months ago and now after less than 3 months I need to service the car. I see this as blatant misrepresentation of the facts. These facts swayed my decision to buy the car. No discount was offered at the time of purchase and I now have to pay for a service.
