I'm so disappointed in this car dealership that has ripped me off as well. As a first time finance car owner i was sorry for the day i met them. The salesman Warren Smith has promised me so alot about the polo vivo 1.4 2014 model and that if he could he would have bought it for himself also said their not a Mickey mouse company and with his 8 years experience he take good care of his customers like his own daughter. I bought it on the 23th may 2019 and found out that the new tyers had some patches on it, also the car reset itself the battery had to be replace the music had no sound the exhaust was loose the aircon makes a noice no spare key ****roaches in my back lights when driving 80 kilometres the car has a vibration on the stearing wheel the airvents that was brocken the front door panels rattle after the music was fix no back speakers plus the brakes and disc was finished no wheel nut cover pin and the list go on and on. I had 3 courtesy cars meaning i went back alot even went to the mechanics besides that. On the 20 i received the car and was also promised that everything is sorted. On my receive i see that there was loose wires on the sides of the dashboard and went back 2 the people that was fixing the music. When i came home the car boot still don't wanne open and i then immediately inform my salesman i still have every conversation and videos and according to then i didn't know how to operate the key. I told them if you open once it op the driver side door and if you open twice on the key it open all locks including the boot. On that i the 21 Jun i took the car back as the lights was flickering the handbrake light en abs with something els next 2 it. The car also reset after 20 kilometres. And thanks 2 God that day that car did it in front off all of them the ignition just went dead. And what so frustrated, is that after 5 month i still pay for something i don't have and want. And the car went back in 1 month before my 1st payment.
