Misdiagnosed/Misinformed and I must still pay

On the 20th April I took my vehicle a Chery Tiggo into imperial select Pinetown as it had a fault with the gearbox/transmission. The service consultant Victor did not come with me to test drive the vehicle as he said they will find the fault. I was informed the next day that the vehicle needed a service as well which I authorised. I was also told that the fault was the starter, I enquired if the starter was faulty would it then fix the gearbox I was told yes it would,I then said they could go ahead as the dealership Inspectacar gezina was supposed to pay for the fault. I was told about three weeks later that the vehicle was ready, I fortunately took the vehicle for a test drive and it was found to stillll have the same fault,I told them I would not pay any money for the starter as that was not the problem I brought it in for. Quinton told us the vehicle was still under warranty and I had left the vehicle there. I have had no feedback regarding the vehicle if it had been fixed all was told is that I must now pay storage fees from 1Aug of R195 a day, all I need is my vehicle back in the condition I gave it in,I will pay for my service but that is all as it has been pathetic service
