Licence plates

I bought a Ford Fiesta Ghia from Imperial Select in August. We dealt with Pierre. After purchasing the car he said that the plates and roadworthy certificate would be delivered once it was complete. We have been waiting 8 months and still no plates. I emailed him numerous times to no avail. I have also phoned and even been in touch through the Facebook page. We decided to buy though a reputable dealer precisely so this kind of thing would not happen. We paid extremely high on the road costs and have not got the most basic service they are supposed to cover. Myself and my husband bought the car while I was pregnant. Our child is now 5 months old. We should not have been put in the position of having to spend our time following up on this not to mention the legal implications of driving around with no plates. Beyond disappointed in Imperial Motors. Laura Byrne
