KIA MOTORS WONDERWATERS, WHAT A JOKE!

Kia Motors Wonderwater advertised a BMW X4 and after all documents were sent to Theo Meyer (the salesman) more than a week ago, they app**** for finance on our behalf at ALL the banks but since Masego (the f&i) “made a typo” as she calls it and added another zero to my monthly expenses, it made it impossible for me to get finance (which I only realised once I phoned the banks myself to find out what was going on) Needless to say my credit rating is down the drain due to this. I app**** for finance myself and got finance within 3 hours. Theo then had to send an invoice for payment (and the BMW was placed on our insurance already) and after about a week told us this morning that they are no longer doing the deal because they are making a loss on the vehicle and removed it from the internet even though we have the otp. Theo, who has only been there a month according to him, have ignored our phone calls and messages numerous times and even though we asked how many times, the dealer principal, Scott Skinner, has never spoken to us or responded to us in any way. Theo was only concerned about his R4000 commission that he lost, what a joke, time wasted in my life which I will never get back. I would avoid them at all costs when considering buying a vehicle!!!
