KIA Imperial Select Diep River

after sales service is really pathetic, have my vehicle for 2 months, vehicle was not delivered with either a service book or Navigation SD card. Currently still waiting for both these 2 months down the line, receive continuous "we will enquire and get back to you", "we will confirm with you later". a constant struggle to get information out of the sales manager of receive any feedback without constantly having to nag them at the dealership.

The sales team ignores instructions from the imperial head office as well, i was told last week by the dealership that the service book will be available in the workshop but that they would get back to me regarding the courier thereof, i am still waiting even though i sent an email today enquiring about this. How do i then service my vehicle next week without a service book.

For the navigation SD Card, the vehicle was advertised as having that particular feature, i had to take the vehicle 200km away from me to the nearest imperial dealership for them to order the part, this travel had to be at my own cost, for a part that had to be present in the vehicle upon delivery as per the vehicle adverti*****t. please explain how that is fair. furthermore 2 months down the line i still have not received the SD Card, nor can anyone give me a definite answer regarding the epxected arrival date, i am being told KIA head office is having an issue with the part number or some story like that.

at this stage i honestly feel **********, having paid for a feature that i cannot use and wondering how do i service my vehicle without a service book. Does it really take a dealership 2 months to sort all this out.
