Can I give less than 1? Johann Crous sold me a vehicle in November 2018 which would need new tires soon. He ensured me that if I purchased, he would personally replace the front tires when the need arose. That need is now and he has informed me that he did no such thing and no longer works there. This is the most disgusting service and I will take this up legally.
