Incompitant

In February 2015, I took my father to buy a Mercedes Benz C200 to Edenvale Multi-franchise, The car was bought cash and prior to the money being transferred in to the dealership's account, we have inspected car and confirmed if the car had spare keys upon reading the disclaimer regarding the spare keys, which was confirmed to us to be available. Three months down the line, we've had not received proper documents and the keys and when enquiring, we were informed that the keys were not available anymore and we should come sign the warranty, why are you not saying anything about arranging the keys that were promised to us and still expect us to come sign the warranty? We longed the case with the motor industry ombudsman and while the case is still pending, we experienced problems with the car were theTiming chain was off, We went back to the dealership to inform them and we spoke to Gerhard (Manager), he informed us to wait as he has to try and activate the warranty for the as we had not signed it initially, Until this day, he has never come back to us to inform us of the outcome, after endless phone calls and also driving to the office, he's the reason for all of this.
