*Imperial Table View* within 3 months i have to pay just under R20 000 to make my car safe and decent to drive.

Do not buy from Imperial Select Multi Franchise Tableview unless you want to experience the same treatment as i have.....

Bottom line is i have to now pay just under R20 000 to make my car safe and decent to drive within 3 months of purchasing a car from them.

Purchased my car around 4 July 2019.

Since i purchased my car i had to spend R2785.02 on 10/09/2019 to replace the brake pads and break discs. as explained by you, this is considered as wear and tear and that you cannot be held responsible for the costs, even tho in my opinion and the professional opinion of supa quick that this level of wear and tear could not have been achieved easily in the time frame that i had the car.

On 19/09/2019, i had to take my car in for its annual service, and it was found that there are play on the front strut-mountings, and that it will need to be replaced, also as best practice when the struts gets replaced the shocks will also need to be replaced.

My concern is that this defect could not, by the opinion of professionals, have been created in the very short time that i owned the car, but that the car has been sold to me with this defect, as such that you (imperial select) should bare the repair cost.

Thinking about the bottom line regarding service delivery; i have purchased a car at full sticker price, i have requested a point check on purchasing the car, i have had the car less than 3 months before incurring the first costs, and now have to spend another R15273.61.

So within 3 months of buying a car from you (imperial) i have to spend R18058.63 to make the car safe for me and my family to drive.

Above is the mail i have sent, and got a reply stating in short that its not their problem i need to go to the motor industry ombudsman, but they will get there DP to phone me... i am still waiting 1/10/2019..

They are snake oil salesman... they knowingly hide behind their policies and use the bad motor industry ombudsman(no-one has time for this) to ***** their clients by selling cars that is not in a safe condition.

The Multi-point check that you pay for from Imperial (on the road fees) is a joke and can be done by a 5 year old, the one i received had untrue values, and i can bet nothing was actually checked.

I hope i can save someones time & Money from dealing with these people.
