Imperial Select The Glen ********* BUSINESS PRACTICE

We are deeply disappointed in Imperial Select service from Dealer principle to staff. The car has been book in from the 25-01-2019 up until the 22-02-2019 returned back to the dealership on the 23-02-2019. This deal has been very unpleasant as we had issues from day one of delivery of vehicle on the 10-11-2018.

Delivery issues

• Number plates were damage • Airbag light on dashboard • Bonnet Catcher • Tyre • Brake Pads (wear and tear)

Delivery issues was corrected on the 21-11-2018 bonnet catcher included but was still a problem after fixing, excluding the tyre requested for tyre percentage still wasn’t received. The dealership staff has no services ethic as Alecs Khun returns the car without handing over the vehicle directly to the owner but left the keys at the reception at Eazi Access NOTE :( WHERE IS THE PROOF OF DELIVERY)

Return issues December 2018

• Battery • Bonnet catcher

Battery was replaced and tried again to fix the bonnet catcher. Tyre was only noted when Mike Salt saw as per your own words not sure how it passed the roadworthy test as you also wouldn’t take uncompleted vehicle.

Return issues January 2019 • Epc light (leaded to engine down) • Head lights • Car losing power

Spoken to the owner before us and he did confirm that the car was in an accident that is why headlights are not the same. Engine was redone that took a month still to come find that water was still leaking now as we speak vehicle is still at the dealership and engine needs to be reopen. Another ********* business practice the January Engine invoice included a battery and tyre, which we never received on delivery of the car 22-02-2019. When called to return the car we were told that there is no technician on a Saturday bamboozled us with your explanation (engine down wear and tear).
