IMPERIAL SELECT SOMERSET WEST *****s

So IMPERIAL SELECT SOMERSET WEST sells my cousin a vehicle, quoted and sugned with the F&I. Deposit paid, she has the car and later they call saying she has to come sign a new OTP because the monthly payment has been revised. Failing to do so they will come fetch the vehicle. Is this legal or are they just trying to rip her off? The dealer principal unavailable, used car manager doesn't know what the deal is and the F&I has to check the documentation again, but can't tell me what happened. What a mess, does anyone their now what's happening or have any ethical behaviour.

Tried downgrading this rating again. This issue is still not resolved satisfactorily. Too many things still not sorted. I think, somehow Imperial still trying to so my cuz in and acting *********

The branch have asked for a meeting with your cousin, as financial issues may not be discussed with you as a third party. This contravenes the law regarding disclosure of confidential information. The DP has mailed you regarding this matter and have requested a meeting with your cousin.

Yes, he has. I certainly hope that they now act legally in all aspects of this matter now, because I think they were acting *******ly, threateningly and ********* when placing the cal to her saying they are going to repo the vehicle unless she signs a new OTP for a higher monthly repayment, as the vehicle legally does not belong to them anymore. If she requests me to attend with her, I believe that is her right.

Thanks u, actually just confirmed that with my legal assist team. As this is not a formal court procedure, she may request her own conditions to the meeting and anyone she brings is allowed have all docs disclosed to her and that person may also peruse them. I will liaise with Tertia
