Imperial Select so shady, Be careful, Actual just don't even go in there.

<p>We bought a "Demo" Vehicle a from Imperials Select Randburg, After 2 almost 2 months of dealing with sales consultants the vehicle was delivered. Once we had the vehicle he notices lots of problems</p> <p> <br />-Only one remote where is the spear key's remote<br />-Front head light light water mist within light <br />-Paint damages to the front top of the vehicle.<br />- Left back door does not close due to damages to the rubber that was probably self repaired. <br />- Driver side panel with buttons is lose causing window to be wined up slower than others, the button that locks all the door does not work.</p> <p> </p> <p>-I have been fighting with them to repair these item for almost 10 months now</p> <p> then I took the car to a service, when the service was complete the dealer told me there is no service plan regisered. I then needed to pay for the service to get my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted imperial ask them why it was not active, nobody could give a proper answer they then did some back-tracking thing and registered the service ( How they got this right is beyond me) . now they refuse to reimburse me for the service i paid for. they say its not theres fault, When I have proof that the paln was not registered at the date of service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Shady this happening at Imperial Select Randburg</p> <p> </p>
