Imperial Select Pinetown

I have gone through the whole process of finding a car, applying for finance and sending all correct paperwork through quickly. Only to find out that the car was sold to a cash buyer that offered more than the advertised price!! and to top it all, they said the whole finance process was taking too long - this was done through Imperial Select Pinetown as well. So tell me Imperial select PineTown - dont you think the decent thing to do was to give me first option as I have already started and completed the process????

It is unfortunate that while a customer is still in the sales process the vehicle may have been sold by another Sales Executive, many people are also indecisive with their purchase and can walk away from a deal without any firm commitment. Each Sales Executive and the dealership have targets to achieve and cannot afford to lose business.

We understand that you are upset, the dealers are not able to reserve a vehicle without a signed Offer To Purchase, finance approval and a holding deposit paid, this is due to the nature of the business with multiple clients being interested in a particular vehicle.

We apologise for what has transpired and will bring this to the attention of the Dealer Principal and Pre-Owned Manager to see if they will be able to source a similar vehicle for you.

Kind regards

The OTP had a mistake on made by the sales consultant and was sent back to rectify. Hence not my fault. This OTP wold have been signed yesterday already if not for that mistake. It seems Imperial Select Pinetown ops for money instead of doing the right thing that would have been to give me first choice given the circumstances. Imperial Select Pinetown strives to get money and not for client satisfaction. Sad indeed.
